About Us

Annalise is the inspiration for all that you see

here. Her story is a difficult one to tell, but she

has proven that courage can be seen in all the

little victories in life and that the eyes of an

animal can tell us many things about them---

and us.

 

With this in mind, Annalise Pet Photography will work

with you to try to understand the essence of who your

pet is, and will attempt to capture that individual spirit

to create an image that will last forever.

 

All photos on this site, and the ones that will be taken for you, are done in natural light and with no digital

manipulation after the image has been shot.

 

I have been taking photos for over twenty years as a very active hobbyist and since I was a child with a progression of cameras-from green plastic to disc. When I got my dog Kramer from the Erie Humane Society almost thirteen years ago, I found the subject I had been looking for all along. Since then I have focused on pets as my subjects of choice. Thanks to Kramer for his many, many years of modeling for me, learning to wait for the click of the shutter before breaking his stay, and for his kindness to the others who have needed our help.
